Lee Styles, Founder
Lee received her Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from University of California-Irvine and has successfully completed the IECA Summer Training Institute. Lee also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNC Charlotte. She enjoyed a successful career in human resource management, and then went on to raise her two sons and volunteer at their schools and in her community. She builds upon those experiences in her career as a college counselor. Lee feels it important to stay well-informed and to keep abreast of current issues and trends in the field of college admissions. Towards that end, she visits dozens of schools per year; regularly attends conferences, workshops and seminars/webinars; and networks with other professionals in the field through her memberships in HECA (Higher Education Consultants Association), and NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling).
Lee lives in Loudoun County, Virginia with her husband, Keith. She has two sons, Nick (Yale class of 2014/UVA Law 2019) and Drew (Oberlin College class of 2018); and a dog Lily, who thankfully will not be applying to college.
